My Story

Carson Wilder, Founder of Clear Way Contracting LLC

I started Clear Way Contracting when I was just 19 years old with little more than a strong work ethic, a deep passion for working outdoors, and a clear calling to build something meaningful. From a young age, I felt drawn to working with my hands — not just as a job, but as a way to create something lasting, something purposeful.

For me, this work is more than construction — it’s a calling. I believe that every project I take on is an opportunity to reflect the values I hold close: integrity, craftsmanship, and faith. I see my workmanship as a reflection of God’s work in my life, and I approach every job with the mindset that I’m building not just for a client, but with a higher purpose in mind.

Over the years, Clear Way Contracting LLC has grown, but our foundation remains the same — honest work, quality results, and a commitment to doing things the right way, the clear way. Whether it's a simple repair or a full-scale project, I treat every job as an extension of my personal values and a chance to serve others with the gifts I've been given.

“5 stars is not enough for Carson and his company! 4 of my neighbors moved on a steep bluff overlooking the lake, but we couldn’t see the lake through the trees and over grown brush. Carson worked with all the neighbors to make sure everyone was happy with the scope of the project. He and his workers were professional and extremely knowledgable about irragation, erosion, the major equipment needed and how to drop the gigantic trees on a dime! They pay attention to detail and left the job immaculately clean! I can’t say enough great things about his company!
